We will repair all Kanstul instruments, and many popular brands at our discretion. Please make any repair inquiries in writing to sales@kanstul.com, or by fax to (714) 563-1661. Please include photos if possible. You may be instructed to send the instrument to us, at which time we will inspect and advise. Zig Kanstul himself will examine the instrument to determine exact repair costs. We request that you send the horn only (no cases, please) to us via UPS (insured) to the factory address:

Several weeks ago you overhauled a Chicago Benge for me. (Replaced tubinig, adjusted the bell angle, lacquer, etc.) I need to tell you that the job was absolutely the best that I have ever seen. The bell is flawless... not even one polishing mark, just a mirror...and most important...the horn plays beautifully with a very sweet character. It is just a fabulous horn to hold, look at, and play. Thank you.
