Regarding F. Besson instruments: When inquiring about parts or service, please include a serial number and description of the horn. We only have parts for Kanstul-made Besson instruments.
We will repair all Kanstul instruments, and many popular brands at our discretion. Please make any repair inquiries in writing to email@example.com, or by fax to (714) 563-1661. You may be instructed to send the instrument to us, at which time we will inspect and advise. We request that you send the horn only (no cases, please) to us via UPS (insured) to the factory address:

Be sure and include a letter with details of the nature of the work desired, and your contact information. We will contact you by phone or email with an estimate, and will accept payment by money order, check or by credit card.
Some of the many services we offer are: stripping (lacquer), lacquering, plating (silver, gold), rebuilding pistons, dent removal and replacement parts. All repair services are performed by Kanstul Musical Instruments and all work is subject to our availability and discretion. Turn around time most of the year is about four weeks.

I just received my Monette trumpet back via UPS shipment this afternoon. Please let George and the other Kanstul workers know that the job they did is MAGNIFICENT! The horn is beautiful, and plays marvelously!

Several weeks ago you overhauled a Chicago Benge for me. (Replaced tubing, adjusted the bell angle, lacquer, etc.) I need to tell you that the job was absolutely the best that I have ever seen. The bell is flawless… not even one polishing mark, just a mirror…and most important…the horn plays beautifully with a very sweet character. It is just a fabulous horn to hold, look at, and play. Thank you.
Just wanted to thank all the people at Kanstul for the outstanding job you did repairing my daughter’s trumpet. When she opened the box and played her horn the look on her face was worth a million dollars. She truly loves music and only great people like you make moments like that happen.
