Meet trumpeter Paul Kurtz, a 2017 International Educators’ Hall of Fame inductee, who has been a mentor to younger music students and an inspiration to other blind musicians in his advocacy of braille musical notation. Also, meet Jack and Mark Kanstul, 2017 Hall of Fame inductees, who are continuing the legacy of craftsmanship and mentoring left by their father and company founder, Zig Kanstul. Tours are free, and all are invited, especially brass music lovers, the blind, and music educators. The following day, Saturday, November 11, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Youth-on-the-Move, Inc. International Educators’ Hall of Fame inductions will take place at the Phoenix Club, 1340 Sanderson Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92806.
